“Riding a bike is everything to a cyclist. The friendship and camaraderie you have with other cyclists… to a cyclist, it was the be-all and end-all of your life.” — Tommy Godwin

This week’s Wednesday Challenge on Susan and my alternate site was the word CYCLING.
Can you remember from your own youth all the fun you experienced when you and your closest friends prepared to go on a road trip? The camaraderie and the sense of adventure was real.
Two friends in the photo above attest to the fact that cyclists like to make casual stops to share time with their fellow riders. No matter how busy their day there is always time to share a story or two from one’s day.
It is almost like a cycling courtesy to take a few minutes out from your day and share time and stories with friends and associates.
When was the last time you gathered with your friends and enjoyed the freedom of the road that bike riding offers?
In answer to your question partner, it was a long time ago that I stopped for a cycle rest and a gossip with friends😂
