“We lead our lives like water flowing down a hill , going more or less in one direction until we splash into something that forces us to find a new course.” Arthur Golden.

This week’s Wednesday challenge on Susan and my alternate site was POOL.
This “splash park” is located in Morinville, Alberta and offers youngsters and their parents a safe and sheltered experience at a water park.
When I was a youngster my parents took out the garden hose, connected the lawn sprinkler to it and let us have a go at getting soaked. This was summer fun.
Although Edmonton does have a fair number of such parks many parents enjoy the smaller number of children who visit smaller water parks.
Jumping through the sprinkler was so much fun, wasn’t it? Splash pads?! Non-existent way back then! 😆

So much fun when our dad would attach the rotating springer to the garden hose.

We had a long plastic hose with holes drillled in so that the lawn and kids would get a good soaking.
