Last week’s Wednesday Challenge on partner Susan and my alternate site was CHRISTMAS SPIRIT.
When it comes to spreading the fun and glad tidings of the Christmas season we all have a secret desire to do our our part no matter how small that may be.
Today I visited a nearby bottle return depot outlet in my neighborhood and noticed that there was an unusually decorated Christmas tree stationed at the front entranceway to the facility.
A small number of bright and twinkling lights peppered the tree but the eye catching element that distinguished this one from the others I have seen over the years were the beer cans placed strategically all over the tree.
Small paper stockings of red and green with the name of each employee working there adorned this eye catching and spirit elevating creation.
A public tip of the hat to all the employees at this Calingwood bottle depot for their creative effort to spread holiday cheer to the folks dropping by their facility.

Love it! Someone has a sense of humour!
Would have been even funnier if they’d hung cans of whiskey, rum, gin etc, that would have given a whole new meaning to our Christmas Spirit. 🙂
