Getting a bird’s eye view on things

“In order to share one’s true brilliance one initially has to risk looking like a fool: genius is like a wheel that spins so fast, it at first glance appears to be sitting still.”― Criss Jami, Venus in Arms

This weeks Saturday Challenge on partner Susan and my site was the word WHEELS.

Many times in life people tell us that we are merely spinning our wheels when we try our hardest to accomplish a goal that is important to us.

At times it would be beneficial if we had some way to look around corners and see what we are coming up against or else getting a that metaphorical leg up on things.

In this photo a” man up” machine is being used to effect roof repairs to a nearby apartment complex .

It is not the type of machine one would normally drive on city streets while on your way to work but in this instance  the skilled maintenance worker is ready to tackle his assignment.

I have driven a man up machine before and can attest to the fact that it takes patience and skill to handle it effectively.
