“Dare to love yourself as if you were a rainbowwith gold at both ends.”―
Have you ever been tempted to buy two Christmas gifts: one for someone else and one for yourself because the item being purchased had great appeal to you and the price was right?
This type of Xmas gift buying strategy has been labelled as the “we” gift syndrome and is beginning to get prominence on many Christmas shoppers lists.
The continuing presence of the COVID 19 virus is affecting many shoppers buying habits and the gift giver is also becoming a gift recipient.
This is a growing tend in North America and many shoppers report that the overall appeal of the gift they are buying for someone else will also rate high on their own “must have” list.
Have you ever been tempted to buy a “we” item gift for yourself and another person?
Would you feel guilty doing so or would the overall appeal of the gift itself increase your desire to treat yourself as well?
Remember Santa is watching and your reply here will determine if you get that dreaded lump of coal in your Christmas stocking.
Whatever you decide to do mask up, have fun and have a very Merry Christmas. 🙂

This year it was a pretty easy gifting year. Just a couple of gifts. But, yes, I admit it… I gifted me too with a new pair of jeans bought through Amazon. I ate so much I had to return them. Karma gifted me…ugh.
