This is the season of the liturgical year filled with promise, hope, love and innocence. A time to suspend our adult notions of hatred, fear and cynicism and create a new person not based solely on a New Year resolution but anchored into our deeper beliefs of goodness, optimism and brotherhood.
Susan and myself decided to devote a number of articles to the magic, sights and hopes of the season. It is a time of year that does pass by quickly but should be recognized as a time of growth and change for us all.
In this installment I present a photographic view of the colorful lights, sites, themes and joy this season offers. — gc
