Mueller’s subpoena provoking Trump

Robert Mueller , a Republican and the sixth Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, appears to be a man on the cusp of not only irritating President Trump but also knows how to toe the line and play a political game of footsy with a defensive Trump.

The subpoena will not rankle the feathers of the President as long as it does not concern itself with personal financial matters. But the family’s business concerns could be placed under the microscope of intense scrutiny.

There is no question of money laundering or any other type of nefarious , illegal activity thus far. His team wants to determine if the Trump family might owe substantial amounts of money to the Russian government and how this secret debt might have influenced the election.

Trump’s laid back attitude towards President Vladimir Putin and his non critical attitude towards the Russian leader has many folks n government what the reason for that might be.

Trump has a myriad of provocative situations facing him personally and politically.

Perhaps the Mueller action will be the straw that breaks the camel’s back. – gc
