Getting a handle on Xmas stress

This is the time of year when stress can either make or break a person. The number of shopping days are dwindling and the crowds are increasing just as fast as the bargains are decreasing. Funny how that works out. Try to put yourself in a protective quiet place and shield yourself from the whirlwind of activities that occur this time of the year. Above all have a Merry Christmas and face the New Year with gusto and optimism. –  gc
